Mr Kishore Kumar is an ecosystem leader with strong experience in managing end-to-end incubation operations and building entrepreneurial ecosystems across Tamil Nadu during his tenure at the Government of Tamil Nadu, IITM IC, and now at AIC Anna Incubator. He is well recognised for driving innovation programs, enabling early-stage startups, and contributing significantly to state-level entrepreneurship development across multiple roles for more than a decade.His accolades include shaping the Tamil Nadu Startup Policy during his time at GoTN, Elevating Sathyabama's Technology Business Incubator and overseeing the entire day-to-day operations of IITM's Incubation Cell. Currently, he's working towards making AIC Anna Incubator the gold standard for emerging tech across Tamil Nadu.
